Contest Terms and Conditions

1. ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION.

a. This contest is sponsored by Advanced Air Conditioning Pty Ltd.

b. This contest is open to anyone currently residing in the province of  Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, except employees of Advanced Air Conditioning Pty Ltd, its contest sponsor, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' family members.

c. Contestants are responsible for compliance with applicable laws in jurisdictions where they reside.

d. By entering this contest, entrants automatically agree to be bound by the terms of this contest as listed in this Contest Terms and Conditions.

e.Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions listed in this Contest Terms and Conditions will result in disqualification of any submitted entries, and the nullification of contestant privileges to further participate in the contest.

2. SUBMISSIONS OF ENTRIES AND DEADLINES.

a. The Contest will be opened for entry submissions starting XX Month, 200X. All entries must submitted no later than 12pm PST, Monday, XX Month, 200X. Late entries will be rejected.

b. To be eligible to participate, entrants must be registered for a Advanced Air Conditioning Pty Ltd

c. Incomplete entry forms will be deemed disqualified and will be rejected. Advanced Air Conditioning Pty Ltd is not responsible for any lost, misdirected or delayed entries. There is also no responsibility or liability for any potential entrant's inability to access the official Contest submission function for contest entry. Entries received by telephone, fax, courier, personal delivery or Customer Service Ticket or any other method other than the official Contest website will not be accepted.

d. Each contestant may submit only one entry. Only one prize per contestant will be awarded.

e. By submitting any entry, entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document without limitation. Entries must not include content that are unlawful, harmful, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, the determination of which is up to the sole discretion of Advanced Air Conditioning Pty Ltd.

3. PRIZES

a. First prize. The Contest grand prize winner will win an XXXXXXXXXXXX.

b. Second prize. The Contest second prize winner will win an XXXXXXXXXXXX.

c. Third prize. The Contest third prize winner will win a XXXXXXXXXXXX.

d. Notification of Winners. Winners of prizes shall be notified immediately following the announcement of the winners on the Advanced Air Conditioning Pty Ltd website on XX Month, 200X. As a condition to receipt of their prize, prize winners are required to signed and return the Contest Prize Release Form within 72 hours of notification.

e. Odds of winning a prize will vary depending upon the number of actual Contest participants. In the event any entry is deemed ineligible or disqualified, Advanced Air Conditioning Pty Ltd may award the prizes to alternate entries as it deems suitable. In any event that the prize cannot be awarded, Advanced Air Conditioning Pty Ltd may withdraw the winner's title, and all unclaimed prize(s) will be forfeited and Advanced Air Conditioning Pty Ltd may select an alternate winner.

f. In accepting the prizes, the contest winners acknowledge that Advanced Air Conditioning Pty Ltd may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using the prize(s).

6. GENERAL

a. Releases. All entrants, as a condition of entry into the Contest, agree to release Advanced Air Conditioning Pty Ltd staff and its Contest sponsors from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property associated or sustained in connection with participation in any and all aspects of the Contest, including accessing the Contest, submitting an entry, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize. Each prize winner bears all risk of loss or damage to his or her applicable prize after it has been delivered.

b. Prize Responsibility. All prize winners will be responsible for any and all cost involved in the delivery and installation of the prize by Advanced Air Conditioning  (if applicable) all prizes associated with this Contest. Prize winner cannot assign or transfer the prize to another person. No prize substitution or changes are allowed. All prizes are subject to availability. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Advanced Air Conditioning Pty Ltd, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded.

c. Limitation of Liability. Neither Advanced Air Conditioning Pty Ltd, its staff, nor its Contest sponsors assume any responsibility or liability for (i) any incorrect or inaccurate entry form information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (ii) any authorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entry forms or submissions at any point in the operation of this Contest; (iii) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the submission of an entry or the operation of the Contest; (iv) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet; or (v) any injury or loss of participants which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Contest or download of any materials in the Contest.

d. Disputes. You agree that you will submit any dispute you may have with regard the conduct of the Contest, interpretation of the Rules, and/or awarding of prizes to Advanced Air Conditioning Pty Ltd, whose decision regarding such dispute shall be binding and final. All disputes must be submitted in writing, and sent to us at:  contest@advair.com.au

e. Winners. All decisions posted on the Advanced Air Conditioning website are final.

f.Winner Announcement. A list of prize winners will be available on the Advanced Air Conditioning Pty Ltd website on XX Month, 200X. All prize winners will be further contacted by Advanced Air Conditioning Pty Ltd via email for the claiming of their prizes.

g. Age of Participation. Any participant under the age of 16 is required to notify Advanced Air Conditioning Pty Ltd before entering in to any competition processes. Participants under the age of 16 may be required to provide proof of parental consent, either in writing by postal mail or facsimile transmittal, at any time during the competition process. If a winner of any award is under the age of 16, parental consent in writing by postal mail or facsimile transmittal will be required.

h. Terms. Advanced Air Conditioning Pty Ltd reserves the right to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate this Contest at any time without prior notice, and without further obligation or liability to you. Advanced Air Conditioning Pty Ltd also reserves the right to change this Terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
