Free Maintenance Terms & Conditions

Eligibility and Participation:-

  1. This offer is sponsored by Advanced Air Conditioning Pty Ltd.
  2. This offer only applies to all new Clients that enter into a new maintenance service agreement with Advanced Air Conditioning Pty Ltd
  3. This offer is open to any Home and Business which is located in South East Queensland, Australia, and is subject to final approval and at the discretion of the management of Advanced Air Conditioning Pty Ltd.
  4. This offer DOES NOT include for any costs related to the repair and or replacement of any parts found faulty during the service and for the labour charges involved in any such repairs and or replacement of parts
  5. We would require safe and adequate access to all units being serviced.
  6. All work carried out in this offer would be between 8.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
  7. This offer can be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of the management of Advanced Air Conditioning Pty Ltd.
