Advanced Air Conditioning is committed to providing excellence in the Sales, Design, Installation and Servicing of Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Mechanical Ventilation Systems.
We will achieve this by focussing on four GOALS that we consider are essential for us to be the leaders in excellence.

We will continue to build on our reputation for the delivery of high quality products and services being obsessed with reliability and cost effectively satisfying the needs and expectations of our customers.  Each of our employees has the responsibility to ensure total customer satisfaction with our products and services.

Business Excellence

We are committed to expanding our market share by excelling in innovation and quality.   Improvements in our services and operating systems are achieved by the continual review of our documented Quality System which is based on Australian/New Zealand Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 - "Quality Systems - Model for quality assurance in design, production, installation and servicing".  We encourage all staff members to identify and make recommendations for improvements. All employees are responsible for the achievement of our Quality objectives.  The Managing Director shall act as Quality Management Representative to coordinate our Quality activities so that we achieve our planned objectives.

Social Responsibility

We shall continually review environment and legislative requirements to ensure that we meet our social obligations.  Our employees shall be trained in our Quality Policies and Procedures and we shall ensure that they have a safe and healthy working environment.
