Working with Unita on a new fitout to an old building that now houses Miss Moneypenny’s and Fat Freddy’s in Broadbeach, Gold Coast. Designed by Paul Kelly, the space is filled with natural light further emphasised by a stunning terracotta lined bar and warm timber ceiling features. The result is a chic space perfectly suited to its coastal surrounds.
The HVAC component of this new fit out of the RSL style building included VRV Ducted Cassette’s, exhaust systems and kitchen ventilation to service multiple function rooms, lounge and dining areas, allowing for beautiful aesthetics and comfort for all attending patrons.
