Advanced Air Conditioning is an exclusive Brisbane distributor of Gelair Indoor Air Quality Treatments, shipping to both Australia and Internationally. Gelair is the simplest way to improve your indoor air quality by controlling the mould, bacteria and viruses that grow in your air conditioning system/air handling units (AHUs).

By adding any product to your cart and typing in your address, the cart will calculate the cost of shipping for you.
Our air conditioning systems cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
Our Gelair products can be delivered to a PO Box.
Someone must be available onsite; either residential or commercial to accept and sign for delivery.
Most delivery companies provide a door to door service and this does not include carrying items inside the premises. It is recommended that you have an additional person and/or equipment (if necessary) to assist you with moving your systems inside.
If no-one is on site to receive the goods, you will be charged a re-delivery fee.
All items can be collected from our Warehouse located at Northgate 4013.
Pick up from our warehouse is by appointment only and can be confirmed by emailing email@example.com
You must thoroughly inspect the items before accepting and signing for delivery. If when delivery is taking place you notice the item is damaged or not as described , you are required to reject the delivery from the driver and contact our office via email firstname.lastname@example.org and email through relevant supporting documentation (photos). Once you have contacted our team, we will arrange re-delivery.
We cannot accept returns of any items that you have used or attempted to connect and/or install.
We cannot accept returns of any custom-made or special buy / sale item.
What if I change my mind?
If your items remain in original packaging and unopened you may return them within 30 days from when you received your order. You will need to arrange return shipping/freight, with tracking to our warehouse, at your cost.
If your items have been unboxed but are as new (have not been used or connected or damaged/marked in any way), you may contact our office within 5 business days from delivery. A restocking fee of minimum 30% of your purchase price will apply. You will also need to arrange return shipping/freight, with tracking to our warehouse, at your cost.
In order to get a refund (less any bank processing fees), contact us via email email@example.com ASAP if you want to cancel your order.
If your item has been shipped out, a delivery fee for both ways will be charged and a possible restocking fee of a minimum 30% of your purchase price will apply.
Advanced Air Conditioning will cover the cost of shipping both ways for faulty items returned within 3 days.
Outside this initial 3-day period, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping/freight both ways.
Upon receipt of a returned product, Advanced Air Conditioning will inspect the product and make its decision in its sole discretion whether it is more appropriate to offer a repair or replacement.
All air conditioners sold on our website come with 5-year manufactures’ warranty.
The Manufacturer Warranty Claim is personal to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferrable.
